Execution of warranty obligations and technical consultations over the phone refer to free services.
Paid service includes rendering of extended warranty services including:
- restoration of computer complexes hardware working capacity,
- commissioning of equipment,
- integrated support of equipment,
- equipment modernization.
Conditions of works performance and cost thereof are determined by a set of standard customer service packages. These services are sold as a rule at the moment of purchase by the customer of the new equipment, and their cost may be included in the ultimate price. Besides, we carry out equipment maintenance upon termination of the warranty period.
