On 03 April 2009 ALSI Company organized an annual conference for public sector “Server Solutions and Uninterrupted Ideas for Your Business” in Astana.
More than 45 chiefs and leading experts of IT departments of public sector entities, national companies and holdings of the capital city participated in this event.
The representative of ALSI Company made a presentation entitled “ALSI Competences in the Field of IT Solutions”.
The speaker devoted his presentation to information on ALSI Company activities as a whole and its key competences.
“Wide range of products is a cornerstone of our success, - said the speaker, - while having products and solutions of international manufacturers, in addition to own products, in our armory, we build the system of mutual relations up to the best world standards”.
According to the speaker, the innovative approach of ALSI Company to design of system solutions, the thought-out lineup of personal computers, availability of modern capacities for prompt performance of big orders, and a wide range of additional services – all these allowed ALSI to win trust of thousands of clients throughout the country.
The following themes sounded within the conference program:
· “Uninterrupted Power Supplies” – speaker: Akil Azimov.
The director of MasterGuard Branch in Kazakhstan, Akil Azimov, presented the information on the company activities, its segment orientation on the market, partnership and development prospects in Kazakhstan. The speaker suggested to consider solutions of MasterGuard Company for maintenance of uninterrupted business processes functioning and presented the MasterGuard equipment line.
“Our mission is in continuous maintenance of uninterrupted power supply through high technologies and thanks to technical support of the highest class” – with these words the speaker yielded the floor.
· “Modern Server Solutions of Intel Company” – speaker: Alexander Bychkov.
Intel representative in his speech mentioned such basic aspects as new processor technologies and new servers based on Nehalem platform, and spoke about the functional characteristics of ideal Intel SSD hard disk.
· “DELL Product Line” and “DELL Server Product Line” – speakers: Bakhyt Shalabayev and Sergey Mokhnatko.
Presentations of these speakers informed the audience of new DELL server solutions, they spoke of the technical characteristics and advantages of the DELL product line as a whole. Today the matter of no little customer interest is the issue of logistics and prospects of the further company development amidst the world crisis. This issue was also detailed by the speakers, they told the participants about the DELL Company plans both long-term and those for the nearest future.
In the course of the conference all participants were awarded with memorable souvenirs from ALSI, DELL, MasterGuard and Intel, and the most active participants who answered the speakers’ questions correctly and took part in building of a live dialogue at the conference received additional unique gifts from ALSI Company.
In line with existing tradition this event closed with a buffet table with an entourage show program “English – party”. The party format in English style proposed the participants to project the atmosphere of Foggy Albion of Sherlock Holmes age. This was created by the relevant scenery, attributes, tea zones and, certainly, positive spirit of the participants.
Work of this conference appeared not only an effective floor for the participants to exchange information and acquire useful knowledge both theoretical and practical, but also a place of interesting acquaintances and dialogue with fellow professionals.
