Annual conference for corporate customers of ALSI Company, which has become a tradition already, was held in Atyrau on 22 May 2009.
The leading world vendors – АРС and Fujitsu Technology Solutions – took part in the event. Representatives of Atyrau oil and gas sector made the listening public at the conference.
The commercial director of Atyrau branch of ALSI Company, Aldan Kurmanaliyev, addressed the conference with the opening statement. In his speech he outlined the important questions of interaction amidst the economic crisis, told about the main tendencies and strategic directions of the company in the current external situation.
Representatives of АРС, Fujitsu Technology, and ALSI also participated in the conference program:
· Yevgeniy Tolokonnikov (АРС) – made a presentation of АРС solutions which ensure cost-effective and effective work of data-processing centers, and solutions which allow to build and upgrade data-processing centers so that to raise their efficiency, ease of use and to reduce the total cost of ownership.
· Vadim Vinogradov (Fujitsu Technology Solutions) – told the listeners about Fujitsu Technology Solutions Company, made a presentation of advantages and additional capabilities of Fujitsu Technology Solutions new generation Blade Servers. According to the speaker, these servers are characterized by high efficiency and intended for continuous operation in data-processing centers.
· Aleksandr Semyonov (ALSI Training Center) – the speaker made an interactive presentation to the audience – demonstration of a mini-lesson under the Microsoft Office Project 2007 course “Manage the projects effectively”, full course may be passed in ALSI Training Center.
· Aldan Kurmanaliyev – the speaker told about ALSI Company’s strategy as a whole, and about the work of the Company key divisions. The speaker highlighted the issues of the branch activities structuring for the period of 2007 – 2009, efficiency and positive indicators of the Service Center functioning in Atyrau branch of ALSI and shared further plans of the branch work.
As part of the conference the speakers rewarded the best listeners with memorable gifts, and after the business part of the conference all participants received memorable souvenirs from ALSI, АРС and Fujitsu Technology Solutions.
The visitors and the speakers of the conference had a chance to fix and establish business contacts and discuss new joint projects during the evening program.
